Fees & Insurance

Service fees vary depending upon the type of service requested.  I provide a free initial 15-minute phone consultation in order to determine whether I would be the appropriate provider for your current concerns.  My fees are competitive given my expertise and the quality of services you will receive.  All testing, scoring, classroom observations (if needed), interpretation, feedback, and report writing are completed by me and not a diagnostician or other supervised employee.  For most assessments, you will get approximately 20-30 hours of my time and professional expertise. Specific fees will be discussed with you during the phone consultation and prior to the onset of services.  I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, and cash.

At this time, I do not accept insurance.  However, if you would like to seek insurance reimbursement for services, your insurance provider will likely consider me an “out-of-network” provider and may reimburse you for a percentage of my fee.  At your request, I will provide you a coded invoice for the services you received that you can submit to your insurance company.

Cancellations

If you must cancel a session, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.  If I do not receive a notification, you will be charged the full fee for the session as I have reserved that time for you.  This fee may be waived for emergency situations.
